The collection contains two poems, and two limericks, one mounted with a clipped magazine photograph. Butler submits two sketches to the editor of the "Chap Book"; writes to Robert U. Johnson concerning pieces for the "Century," "Pigs is Pigs," and his own magazine "The Upholstery Dealer"; sends notes to William Griffith regretting that ill health will prevent him from adressing the 50th anniversary dinner of the Authors' Club; and sends addresses of several French notables to Cuyler Reynolds with additional comments on Pierre Loti.
